Dragon Ball Heroes - Piccolo HG8-46 Ultimate Rare Card.
The original cards have a distinct retro feel to them, where its less about beautiful textured holo-foiling and more about the superb actual character artwork. Both are amazing!
A standout of this character across the entire DBH series. If you like Piccolo, this card is certainly for you!
This card is from the 8th set of the second release 'Galaxy Mission’, which came out in 2012.
Condition: Mint: no noticeable damage (with our eyes anyway), this card is in pristine condition!
