This card is from the 1st set of the original release 'Heroes' which came out in 2010.
Vegeta is looking savage. The highest rarity card we have available from the first ever set! This is because 'H1' didn't have any SEC cards - they were first introduced in 'H3' with a Super Saiyan 3 Future Trunks Secret Rare card.
