Gogeta Special Rare card from the Bandai 'Data Carddass' Dragon Battlers Arcade Game, which is the Dragon Ball Arcade Game that pre-dated Heroes 2005-2009. These cards vary in condition, and are 'as-pictured' condition. Generally speaking they'll be around the Near Mint mark.
This card is part of the Special Foil subset, wherein each character poses in front of a moving-holofoil Shenron. Reminiscent of a Ghost Rare in Yugioh.
